Reducing tariff impact

Tariffs drive much of the price of imported steel. Because we also fabricate, we can look at processing work in Mexico that may reduce the tariff impact on your project in some cases. Let's review your scope together.

Fabrication network

Sheet metal to heavy steel, a few hours from Texas

Our fabrication partners in northern Mexico cover the full range of steel work for U.S. customers. Specialized manufacturers in the network cover other needs, including injection molding and aluminum extrusion.

Heavy fabrication

CNC plasma with bevel head, welding stations, automated welding line, oversized batch powder coat, and sub and final assembly areas.

Medium fabrication

Fiber lasers to 15 kW, press brakes up to 1,000 tons, beam line, angle master, shot blast and liquid paint, machining, wire EDM, stamping to 600 tons, welding stations.

Sheet metal and assembly

Fiber lasers, turret punch presses, press brakes, MIG, TIG and spot welding, hardware insertion, assembly, quality lab, powder coat line.

LaserFiber lasers up to 15 kW, sheet and tube. Cuts up to 1.5 in, with a 5-axis bevel head.
FormingPress brakes up to 1,000 tons. Automated panel bending.
BeamsCNC drilling and sawing center for beams and profiles. Angle master line.
PlasmaCNC plasma cutters with bevel head.
WeldingMIG, TIG, spot and flux core. Automated line for long structural members.
StampingPresses up to 600 tons, with wire EDM for stamping dies.
