Buying from Mexico should not mean losing sight of the work. We put eyes on the job and bring the documents back with it.
How we control quality
Four gates between your drawings and your site
- Before the order. We review your specs and match them to a shop that can meet them, including welding, finish and documentation requirements.
- During production. We oversee progress, check materials against certifications and honor your hold points.
- Before release. Dimensional checks, weld and coating review, and trial fits where the scope calls for them.
- At delivery. Mill test reports and a signed POD for each load. Damage or fit issues come back to one contact.

| Welding | Written welding procedures, qualified welders, AWS certifications and certified welding inspector (CWI) support. |

| Measurement | Portable measuring arms, laser projection, portable 3D scanning against your CAD files, and coordinate measuring machines. |
| Fit | Full assembly testing and trial fits in the shop before shipment. |
| Production | First article inspection, PPAP and Cpk studies, available upon request. |
| Materials | Incoming inspection, ASTM-based specifications and mill certifications. |
