Processes
From flat sheet to finished assembly
| Laser | Fiber lasers from 4 to 15 kW, sheet and tube. Beds up to 2 x 6 m. Mild steel, aluminum, copper and brass. |

| Punching | CNC servo turret punches from 22 to 33 tons. Automated punch and laser combination with 44-station turret. |
| Forming | 7-axis CNC press brakes with fast-change tooling. |
| Panel bending | Automated panel benders, averaging about 17 bends per minute with no re-tooling. |
| Joining | MIG, TIG, spot and projection welding. AWS-certified welders available. Riveting and self-clinching hardware insertion. |
| Finish | Powder coat lines, liquid paint and anodizing through the network. |
| Assembly | Sub and final assembly, special assemblies and custom packaging. |
